Your marketing team, extended

Hey, I’m a Digital Marketing Expert.

I’m Edwin Jardin — the marketing officer you can bring in this month, not next quarter. I build the strategy, buy the media and run the funnels for businesses that need growth to show up in the numbers. My clients generate over $70 million in combined annual revenue.

Who I work with

Three kinds of businesses hire me.

The engagement changes shape depending on where you are. The job doesn’t: find the bottleneck, fix it, and make the result visible in a dashboard you can read without me.

Small business

You need a first real marketing system

You’re selling, but it’s inconsistent. I set up the offer, the funnel and the ad account properly — once — so every dollar after that is measurable instead of hopeful.

Mid-market

You need someone to own the number

You have a team and a budget, and nobody is accountable for growth end to end. I step in as your marketing officer, set the KPIs, and run the media buying against them.

Corporate & brand teams

You need a specialist, not another agency

Your in-house team is strong but stretched. I plug into paid acquisition and funnel performance, work inside your stack, and hand back documentation your team can run.

What I do

Four things, and what you actually get.

Strategy

Creating the game plan

An overall plan for reaching prospects and turning them into customers. We start by naming the real bottleneck — offer, traffic, conversion or retention — and build the plan around that instead of around channels.

You getA written growth plan: the bottleneck named, the sequence to fix it, and the budget it needs.

Measurement

Setting the KPIs

Analysing what actually moves brand recognition, interest and sales. This is what makes long-term decisions cheap — you stop debating opinions and start reading the same numbers I am.

You getTracking that works, a KPI set you approve, and a dashboard you can open yourself.

Execution

Taking action

Someone has to run it. I take the lead on executing the marketing strategy — managing the projects, timelines and relationships around it so the plan doesn’t stall at week three.

You getA running calendar, owned deadlines, and a weekly report on what shipped and what it returned.

Media buying

The absolute essentials

Paid advertising, sales funnels and media buying — the part I’m known for. Meta and Google accounts structured to scale, creative tested against real spend, budget moved toward whatever is working this week.

You getAd accounts built to scale, tested creative, and a cost per acquisition you can plan around.

Receipts

Screenshots, not adjectives.

Every claim on this page comes from an account I ran or an article someone else wrote. Here they are, with the numbers circled the way I circle them for clients.

Who is Edwin Jardin

I wrote the book on the blind spot.

Edwin Jardin is a digital marketing expert with deep experience building strategies that move businesses toward their goals. His clients come from around the world and include some of today’s biggest brands — together representing roughly $70 million in combined annual revenue.

Recognising a major shift in the digital landscape in 2025, Edwin saw that the old marketing playbook had stopped working. To address the new marketing blind spot facing business owners everywhere, he wrote The New Rule: Marketing in the Blind Spot — a playbook that moves past ads and funnels alone to focus on the asset that outlasts both: community.
